Before the call, you send me a quick email clarifying what you would like to get out of the call. If I think I'm not the right person to help, I will be sure to let you know and refund your money. If you have any draft campaigns you would like feedback on, you can send that to me in advance. If not, don't worry. We will jump on a call and tackle your toughest challenge, with my experience of working with a wide range of agencies and sectors I'm sure I will be able to help. I will record the call and you will receive an audio of the call afterwards.
